Firestone Complete Auto Care

This is the kind of auto shop you want to find. Friendly people, good communication, and they treated me with respect. Everything was explained clearly and I never felt pressured. I’ll be using this location again.

I had a great experience at Firestone thanks to Matt! He was extremely helpful with my tires, very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took the time to make sure everything was taken care of and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. I really appreciate all of Matt’s help and would definitely recommend asking for him if you need anything done with your tires. Thank you, Matt, for going above and beyond!

We took our Volvo here today due to AC issues. They were so ethical and honest once they looked at the car and stated we needed to go to a dealership or a Euro car specialty mechanic. They didn't charge us a dime after looking at the car. I highly recommend this Firestone due to their complete honesty and ethics.

Heather, Robert (I think that’s his name, older Caucasian guy) and Jason or Jalen were all very attentive and detailed. Heather had an awesome personality as her and the front crew were so busy with everything and still managed to offer swift and meaningful service and feedback concerning the orders for parts, and progress of diagnosis and repair. Great team work from the reception to the garage! (New tires, purge valve, and general inspection and top-off.
